José Roberto Santos Neves

Journalist, writer, and cultural manager. He holds a degree in Social Communication/Journalism and a postgraduate degree in Communications Management. He worked for 19 years at Rede Gazeta as a reporter, music critic, editor of Caderno Dois, and editor of Caderno Pensar. He is the author of eight books on Brazilian popular music. He is a member of the Espírito Santo Academy of Letters and the Historical and Geographical Institute of Espírito Santo.

Isa Luchtenberg - ES

Photographic and audiovisual coverage

A photography graduate from the Santo André Oficina School, Isa Luchtenberg has been a photographer and videographer for 16 years. She has produced a wide variety of content throughout her career: portraits, shows, corporate, stills, and documentary series. She edited the short film "Isso não é uma história de amor" (This Isn't a Love Story), which competed for the 2021 Rio Webfest Award. She recently had her first directorial experience with the short film "Estopa, a Lenda," which was recently selected for the Paranapiacaba Film Festival in São Paulo. She currently lives in Serra, Espírito Santo.

Alessandra Pin Ferraz

Graphic and Web Designer

Alessandra Pin Ferraz is from Amazonas, living in Caucaia, Ceará. She holds degrees in business administration and marketing, advertising design, and a theater technician degree from the FAFI school in Espírito Santo. She also holds a degree in theater from the Federal University of Ceará, specializing in gender and sexuality. She manages PIN Arte+Design, a graphic arts and illustration company, as well as the Flor e Cabelo Camping Cultural Center, where she is responsible for the Cumbucine project, which promotes cinema and other cultural initiatives for the local community. She is also the founder and co-director of the Semmedo Collective, a critical and dissident theater and dramaturgy group.
